Graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University (PUC), with a degree in business law from the same university. Postgraduate degree in intellectual property and telecommunications at the Franklin Pierce Law Center, Concord, New Hampshire, USA (IPSIS program), MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). He was chief legal advisor to the Inepar Group (USD 1 billion in revenue at the time) in connection with telecommunications businesses and in all its partnerships, joint ventures and M&A operations during the 1990s. General Counsel of GVT (a telecommunications operator with revenue of US$2.5 billion from fixed telephony, cable TV and data transmission, currently VIVO).

Senior Partner at RGAA, he worked on operations worth approximately US$10 billion in business in various fields in recent years.

Currently focused on privacy and data protection issues, certified with CIPM (Certified Information Privacy Manager) by IAPP (International Association of Privacy Professionals), DPO by Assesspro, with extension by Data Privacy Brasil, Chairman or active member of the board of directors of several corporate clients. He is currently the senior partner responsible for the corporate area of Rebelo Gloger Advogados Associados (RGAA).
